About Jennifer Ferris

Jennifer is a multi-million-dollar producer in Pinellas County. Her base of operations is in Downtown St. Petersburg and she services clients all over Tampa Bay. Originally from Orlando, Jennifer Ferris has lived in St. Petersburg for nearly 20 years. She received her bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Florida. She is a member of the Pinellas Realtor® Organization and has earned the ABR, PSA and SRS. Jennifer is an Accredited Buyers Representative, a Pricing Strategy Advisor and a Sellers Representation Specialist, these are all designations appointed through the National Association of Realtors®.

After graduating with an associate’s degree in architectural design from Seminole State College, Jennifer began working as a project designer for an Orlando business. Three years later, she moved to St. Petersburg, Florida, where she pursued a career in business administration. Her initial work at Raymond James Financial was to provide executive support for a group of investment bankers. Jennifer assisted in the launch of many well-known corporations all over the world to the public stock market, and later transitioned into the IT department, where she was designing software for the firm’s investment bankers and financial advisors.

It is Jennifer’s mission to help clients meet their real estate goals. Her career has consisted of a wide array of experience. She has worked in construction, accounting, institutional finance, information technology and now real estate. All of these parts together make a complete whole. Real estate is the tie that binds all of her education and experience. Jennifer relies on every bit of her experience to deliver effective and courteous service to her clients.

Outside of real estate, Jennifer enjoys home renovation, gardening, cooking, assisting her husband with home brewing and being outdoors. Cycling and kayaking are among her top favorite things to do. She is a member of several Bay Area social and business organizations and participates regularly in fund raising events for various causes and charities. Jennifer’s passion is helping others achieve their best.
